8 hour booking New York loft-style lifestyle rental studio. 2200 sq ft., 32ft wide white cyc wall., 22ft ceilings. Studio Rental Agreement: https://goo.gl/uu7G2B Cancellation Policy: Within 48 hrs of booking, 100% refund, no questions asked. After 48 hours: • 90+ calendar days prior to booking start time: 75% Refund • 89-30 calendar days prior to booking start time: 50% Refund • 29-8 calendar days prior to booking start time: 25% Refund • 7 calendar days or less prior to booking start time: Non-refundable. I will try to find a mutually agreeable time for you to use your booking at no charge. 1M/2M Liability Insurance Required.
