To check availability:

1) Click on Book Online

2) Choose a time block (e.g. 5 hrs or 10 hrs)

3) Click "Request to Book" and a calendar will pop up

4) Pick a date from the Calendar

5) All of the available START TIMES on that date will show up

Studio710 is rented for $200/hr & with a 5-hour minimum. This time is door-to-door, meaning arrival/load-in start at the first hour of your rental, and teardown/cleaning/load-out is done at/before the end of your last hour of your rental.

If you would like to book multiple blocks in one day, you may book/request the blocks as separate reservations. For example, if you wanted to book 8 hours with a long break in the middle, you might book 8am - 2pm, and then 5pm - 8pm.

Studio710 is a first come, first serve rental space. The only way to reserve your spot is to confirm a booking (we do hold space for multi day bookings).
